At SNEAK VIBES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ The item must be free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Customized or personalized products.
- Socks, insoles, and other hygiene-related items.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact our support team at sneakvibes.fashion@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
3️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Recommended shipping method: We advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Processing time: Once received, returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Exchange Policy
- If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges based on availability.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and changes cannot be made.
